Terms and Conditions

Specific terms

Unless expressly otherwise stated in respect of a particular sale made on or through the Site, all sale agreements between the "Company" and the "Purchaser" effected on or through the Site will be in accordance with and subject to the following terms and conditions. The Company may at any time, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, change these terms and conditions.


1. Delivery Please allow 28 days for delivery. The goods will be deemed delivered to the Purchaser on despatch from the company’s warehouse/factory and title to the goods will pass on such delivery. The Purchaser from delivery will be responsible for all charges in relation to the goods including without limitation local and national taxes, freight or shipping charges, handling charges or other similar expenses. If the Company incurs any such taxes or charges on behalf of the Purchaser in relation to the goods, then the Purchaser shall within 14 days of being notified of incurring of the said charges or taxes reimburse the same.
2. Cancellation The Purchaser can cancel their order in writing (e-mail, fax or letter) within seven working days and receive a full refund.
3. Return of Goods If not satisfied, the Purchaser can return goods at their cost within 14 days of receipt and be refunded in full within 30 days. Returned goods must be undamaged to qualify for a refund.
4. Lost Orders The Purchaser has the right to a refund - or replacement product (subject to availability) - if the goods have not been delivered within 28 days.


General terms
1. The User assumes full responsibility for the protection of this computer system including computer hardware and software, stored data on his computer system and the stored data and computer systems including hardware and software of third parties who may access or be otherwise connected to the User’s computer system.
The User assumes the responsibility of ensuring that programs or other data downloaded or otherwise received from the Site are free from viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other items of a destructive nature.
2. The Company will take reasonable steps to ensure that data transmitted electronically to the Company via the Site or otherwise and stored by the Company is not accessed by unauthorised third parties. The User accepts the risk that data transmitted electronically to the Company via the Site or otherwise may be intercepted before reaching the Company or accessed from the company’s data storage means by third parties unauthorised by the Company and may be exploited unlawfully by the said unauthorised third parties.
The Company does not assume responsibility for guarding against the acts of the said unauthorised third party.
3. Making sure you can buy safely on-line is a priority for us and we have made strenuous efforts to ensure that security is one of our highest priorities and we have devoted a great deal of effort to ensure that our on-line security measures help to safeguard your information. We use standard technology to allow for the encryption of:-
o Potentially sensitive information such as your name and address
o Critically sensitive information like your credit card number
We have no desire to infringe your privacy while using our site and we will never provide your personal information to anyone else except if we sell our business in whole or in part.
4. Information contained in the Site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical mistakes. 5. In no circumstances will the Company be liable for the use of any direct or any direct or indirect, consequential, special or other damage howsoever resulting from the use of this Site or any other website connected to the Site by means of a hypertext link or otherwise whether such damage is caused by transmission from the site or a connected website to the User’s computer system of viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other destructive items, corrupted data or data incompatible with the User’s computer system or third party’s interception of or access to data of whatever nature including without limitation personal data and credit and payment card information transmitted by the User electronically to the Company or otherwise howsoever caused, such damage to include, without limitation, lost profits, interruption to business, loss on the whole or any part of a program or programs or any data howsoever stored whether saved on a computer system or otherwise.
6. If not actually the case, the contract under which you use the Site shall be decreed to have been made in England and the construction, validity and performance of these terms and conditions shall be governed in all respects by English law and the English courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute between the User and the Company concerning the use of this Site.
